Harvey Bullock is a detective of the Gotham City Police Department.
Batman: Arkham Origins[]
Harvey Bullock first appears with Captain James Gordon and other cops arriving on the Landing Platform of Blackgate Penitentiary where Batman escapes leaving them with Killer Croc.
On Christmas Day of the same night, he and the GCPD arrived at the Royal Hotel to arrest The Joker. While escorting Joker to the police car, Bullock interrogates him on where Batman is going and then he brings the clown to Blackgate.
Later, he along with Gordon and a cop arrived at the Gotham Pioneers Bridge to arrest Firefly assuming not to give Batman too much credit for stopping the pyromaniac.
At the end of the game, he monitors Gordon who imforms him that he and Batman have recaptured the Joker after dealing with the prison riot, leaving Bullock surprised.

Harvey Bullock is voiced by Robert Costanzo, the very same person that voiced the detective in the 1992 Batman: The Animated Series.
